Nov 30th - Block printing - Christmas wrapping paper 7 - 9pm

Join artist-printmaker Mary Bowen on November 30th for a fun and festive evening making gift wrap using lino stamps.

During this fun evening we will be busy setting to work designing and carving out festive lino stamp designs (trees, robins, wreaths, baubles!) and then using repeat block-printing methods to create gorgeous patterns to wow our friends and family! You will leave with lots of lovely paper designs and your bespoke Christmas stamp, so you can create more at home.

The workshop will be held in The Shop space at Coombeshead farm, nestled in Cornwall’s glorious countryside. All materials will be provided, including aprons (if you need one), a range of paper and all the media needed to work with. Bread and butter will be provided by the farm restaurant, to keep us all fuelled with extra small plates available to order.

This workshop is perfect for either beginners or someone with experience of lino printing. Everyone will be learning, so no prior experience is required to join us. Each stage will be fully explained and demonstrated and the evening will be lots of fun.
