Over the last 10 years, Tim and his team at Postcard have worked to source some of the most delicious teas directly from a number of 1-2 acre farms across India, China, Japan and beyond. Here they’ve created two loose leaf blends especially for us, to battle those mildly inevitable hangovers.
A rich, sweet breakfast blend of black teas from small family farms in Assam and Kerala in India, and Kumamoto in Japan. Designed for robust flavour and blended, this tea goes equally well without milk as it does with.
Coombeshead Earl Grey
Full of life this one, a proper burst of citrus. This tea, made especially for Coombeshead Farm by Postcard Teas, blends oils from cold pressed Calabrian Bergamots and Sicilian Lemons, grown without chemical and pesticides by Gianfranco Todisco, with black tea from small farms in Darjeeling and Kerala.
