Our   Fruit & Vegetables

Growing Area

We operate a small no-dig market garden at the farm, growing just enough to sustain the restaurant and a little extra for the courtyard shop.

We endeavour to run a closed loop system, generating our own compost and mulch on site, and saving our own seed each year, where possible, to build up a resilient seed bank for the future.

We are not certified organic but refrain from any pesticides or herbicides in our production., aiming to work with nature, building soil health and increasing biodiversity

We have begun a small agroforestry project alongside our market garden and polytunnel, planting a mix of Cornish apple, pear, cherry & plums, interplanted with edible perennials; gooseberries, blackcurrant, rhubarb, & artichokes.
