Coombeshead Farm Terms and Conditions of Gift Cards

Please familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions before purchasing your Gift Card. By purchasing a gift card you confirm that you have read and understood the below. 

Length of Validity

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, as indicated on each Gift Card.

Gift Card Use

Gift Cards can be used across the following elements of our Farm when booking or purchasing directly with us. Our Rooms, Restaurant, Courtyard Shop & Cafe, Online Provisions Delivery Service and On Site Workshops. 

Gift Cards may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

The Gift Card cannot be redeemed against a booking or purchase made via a third party, including AirBnB, Booking.com or Mr & Mrs Smith.

Multiple Purchases, Exchanges & Refunds

Gift Cards can be used across multiple purchases at Coombeshead Farm if credit remains after an initial transaction, and as long as the Gift Card remains within the 12 month validity period. Any remaining credit cannot be refunded as cash.

Gift Cards are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Verification & Disputes

Gift Cards will be subject to verification at time of presentation. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Coombeshead Farm is final.

Right to amend Terms & Conditions

Coombeshead Farm reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
