Our Romney Marsh Sheep from the Coombeshead farmshare.

These late season lamb have been dry aged for 2 weeks.

This box will contain the following items;

  • 1/2 Leg
  • 1/2 Shoulder
  • Chops - (x6)
  • 1/2 Belly, neck or rump.

The overall weight of this box will be circa 5-6kg. 

Specific cuts (lower or upper leg for example) will vary depending on what quarter of the animal you receive.
