The cattle move between his farm on the river Tamar, our farm at Coombeshead and the farm we rent together on the river Lhyner.
These Devons tend to be a touch leaner than our Dexter cattle, with incredibly tender meat, testament to a great life and handling. Classic grass fed beef.
Approx 400g - enough to feed 2 people as a nice sharing steak.
