Saturday 29th November: Print Workshop - Lino Printing Festive Cards and Gift Wrap

Spend a day at Coombeshead Farm creating festive lino prints on cards and paper and have lunch at the Farm restaurant, on Saturday 29th November, 10am-4pm.

During this exciting full day workshop you will design a multi-plate lino stamp and then, guided by artist-printmaker Mary, cut it out using lino-cutting tools and techniques. We will use a range of ink colours to handprint our designs onto cards, and also experiment with repeat patterns on kraft wrapping paper. At the end of the day you will have a beautiful and completely unique set of art prints to give away for the Christmas season.
Mary will bring along some seasonal inspiration, or you are more than welcome to come with an image or idea in hand to work with.

The day will be held at Coombeshead Farm, nestled in Cornwall’s glorious countryside. Our restaurant lunch will be provided, along with pastries on arrival and hot/cold drinks throughout the day. This workshop is perfect for either beginners or someone with more experience of printmaking. Everyone will be learning, so no prior experience is required to join us. Each stage will be fully explained and demonstrated and the day will be lots of fun.
