February’s offering for the home will be based around a group of Mangalitza and Middlewhite crosses from the last of our Middlewhite breeding stock. They are real stunners, some of the finest we’ve had at the farm in many ways, and we look forward to sharing them with you in the coming month. We have dry-aged the loins for 3 weeks.
All of the below products will be sent out fresh, suitably for freezing. The butter, however, will be sent out frozen, to ensure it arrives in good condition.
