We have reserved a small batch of our Christmas ducks just for pies. These pies will be made predominantly from our valley ducks & Mangalitza pigs with a studding of confit duck gizzard, lardo and brandy soaked plums. The jelly is made from the bones of the ducks and pigs, with a healthy dose of sherry. Comes with brown sauce and a quince jelly. These pies feed up to twelve people.
